Statement of compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 (the “2257 Regulations”) regarding the content accessible through https://desnudax.com.
1. Nature of the site
This site is a directory and link index. It does not produce, copy, edit, distribute or host originally produced material. All images and videos accessible from the site's pages are shown through embedding mechanisms and remain hosted on the origin platforms.
2. Origin of the content
All embedded material comes from public posts voluntarily published by its authors on the X/Twitter platform. Those authors are the original producers of the content, or act with the consent of their original producers, and published the material under their own responsibility and that of the platform.
