This policy describes the data handling practices of https://desnudax.com. Given its design (a 100% static site with no user accounts, no forms and no built-in analytics), the amount of data processed is minimal.

The site requires no registration, has no sign-up forms, publishes no user comments and includes no proprietary analytics. Consequently, no identifying personal data is collected or processed (name, email address, phone number) unless the user voluntarily writes to the contact address.
3. Cookies and storage
The site uses a single technical session cookie (age_ok) whose purpose is to remember, for the duration of the browser session, that the user has confirmed the age notice. It contains no personal identifiers and is deleted when the browser is closed. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
4. Third-party content and services
Pages on the site embed content from X/Twitter and display images through third-party embedding services. When viewing such content, the privacy and cookie policies of those platforms (including X/Twitter) may apply, and they are independent of this site. Likewise, the hosting provider may log technical connection data (IP address, user agent, date) for technical and security purposes under its own policy.
5. Data subject rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to admin@desnudax.com. If you are listed in the directory and wish your profile and content to be removed, see the DMCA page or the revocation clause of your authorisation.
